I CHOPPED THE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT FOR THE SPINACH AND THE CARROTS WERE ALREADY SHREDDED!

DIRECTIONS:

-In a pot add all of the ingredients and add water( I used the same baby water I use to feed them) until it covers all of the veggies.

-Then onto the stove we go, let the veggies cook on a medium high heat for about 15minutes or until veggies are tender.
-once the veggies are tender turn off the stove and let it rest for about 20 to 30 minutes or until is warm so it can be safe to put in the blender.
-now we are ready to add into the blender, and blend away!

– Now remember to not overload the blender, so just add the veggies in intervals until everything is blended.
-Note that this recipe will come out watery like a soup so you can definitely feed baby in a bottle or if they feed by spoon already then you can add their rice cereal or oatmeal cereal to the mixture…that is what I do to get a thick consistency.

*** I added half of a cube of Maggie seasoning to give it a little flavor….you can season it as you like!
