I hope everyone is having a great start to their Thursdays, and why not start with a great motivational quote.
I love motivational quotes or books because they just really amp me to really take action and have a positive mind.
I love it, right now I am trying to finish reading Everyday is a Friday by Joel Osteen and so far so good. It takes me a long time to read because of the kids and among other things but when I read it is just amazing every single word! I definitely would recommend it.
Anyways let’s go back to this quote since it is mostly true about people and of course myself.
Many times when we are about to take on a new project we tend to think about the negative things that could happen first.
We do not think about the positive outcome it could bring.
For example, when I decided to start a blog I started thinking ” what if no one reads it” or “what if no one likes my blog” the list can go on and on people. Instead what I should have thought was ” So many people are going to read a new blog and like it” or ” I am so exciting about my blog that I know I am going to have a lot of readers”.
Now which one sounds better, which one sounds more positive. Exactly the second option because if I didn’t think about what could go wrong with me starting a blog I wouldn’t be so afraid about starting my blog. I had to think positive about what could go right and I would have been less afraid about doing it.For some reason the negativity sometimes over shines the positive thinking. Every time I write new content for my blog I am positive about it because I don’t have time for negative thoughts anymore.
I think if you are positive in what could go right in anything that you do then the outcome will be positive. if you start being negative without even starting what you are going to do then the outcome will not be so great.
So today and everyday..
Let’ “stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive of what could go right”.
