banana peanut butter and oats smoothie

Happy Wednesday…

I hope you are having a great mid-week day.  I love smoothies and seriously who doesn’t? No seriously who DOESN’T? Smoothies are creamy milky deliciousness that you can practically make of any flavor you’d like. My favorite smoothies are strawberries and bananas, yes I know so boring and not out of the box.

Today I wanted to be bold and create a smoothie that has a lot of flavor and delivers that punch of wowness! I love peanut-butter and I love bananas and plus isn’t it like the perfect combination? I thought so too! So I will be sharing with you this flavorful banana peanut butter and oats smoothie.

banana

So I blended up the creamy delicious peanut-butter with the bananas a little bit of milk , ice and sugar. How about the Oats? I can’t forget about this ingredient that sneaked it’s way into the smoothie deliciousness. I love to add oats to smoothies because it adds texture and that “what else is in it?” type of reaction.

This smoothie is perfect for the peanut-butter lovers and the good thing is that its not overwhelming, so anybody can enjoy this delicious treat. It is so easy to make and you have all the ingredients at home so no need to go outside in this cold weather to whip yourself this yummy smoothie. Oh thank me later!

espanol batida

batida

ingredientes:

1. 2 Los plátanos enteros
2. 1 cucharada de crema de mani
3. 3 cucharadas de avena
4. 5  cubos de hielo
5. 1 cucharada de azúcar
6. 1 taza de leche

Vamos A Liquar:

3. Disfrute!

Recuerde agregar el azúcar a su gusto

Disfrute y Hasta la próxima …
