Happy Sunday…

Hola!

I know I have been M.I.A lately and I want to say I have a good reason for it. I recently moved from my parents house and as you may know it is chaotic around this household. First of all I didn’t have internet for almost two weeks! ( how did I survive) but thank goodness  that we got it yesterday. Our apartment looks okay, it could definitely look better but we taking it a step at a time. Oh my goodness, did I tell you that I can’t find my damn camera charger, I am going cray cray looking for it. Somebody please help! ( I’m done, I am going to a corner of my apartment and cry).

That being said,we still have a few boxes around the apartment that we need to get our hands on but are too lazy to do it. Moving is stressful people and add kids to the whole mix and boom! it just hits you like a cannonball. The best part about moving is that we actually have our own space and our kids couldn’t be any happier. I love it.

Hopefully I will start posting more frequently now that I have internet and please lord let me find my camera charger so I can start posting my recipes.

On a good note, I have a great product or website to recommend if you want to teach your child about the bible.

I am a religious person ( not crazy religious though) but nonetheless religious. I read the bible every night and pray more than once a day. I just love how I feel after having a session with God and reading the bible. I feel at ease.

I  want to teach my kids about God and how important he is in my life and in theirs too. Is funny because sometimes I pray on my bed and my 5-year old daughter just stares at me and sometimes she even leans forward to listen to what I am saying. Is cute and I can tell that she wants to know why I do this.

I do talk to her about God and how we should always be thankful to him for our blessings. You know what she says? ” Thank you God for Frozen” yes, she means the movie Frozen. Hey, its a start!

Sometimes it can be confusing or even boring for kids to learn about the characters in the bible and their importance, so I think Bible toys is a great website where you can find a lot of biblical toys and start teaching your kids about them. They can learn while they play, which is great.

The cool part about the toys is that inside the package it has the story of the biblical character, so you can read it to your child.

It also comes with a “Spiritual Stepping Stones” guide where it gives advice depending on your child’s age about how to introduce them to the spiritual concepts and how to make them understand it. These “steps” are easy to follow and very helpful.

This is how the back of the package looks like, I love it because it has the story of the characters which you can read first and then share it with your child. You know get a little head start on the story (if you don’t remember) and be ready to answer some questions from your little reporter.

I also love the fact the little cute books that it comes with, are bilingual! yep, so exiting because this way I can read the stories in both languages, Spanish and English.

I received the story of Daniel and the Lion’s Den and also Jonah and the big fish tale and they both cost $8 which is pretty good price. There are many different characters from the bible that you can choose from, and there are different prices as well it just depends on what toys or characters you want to purchase.

You can definitely check out their website BibleToys and see for yourself what I am talking about. You can choose from a lot of different biblical toys, stuffed animals, teddy bears and talking toys, that I am sure your child will love. I mean its toys we are talking about here, but with a deeper and more important meaning.

Hola!

Sé que he estado perdida últimamente y quiero decir que tengo una buena razón para eso. Hace poco me mudé de casa de mis padres y como usted puede saber que es caótico alrededor de este hogar. En primer lugar yo no tenía internet durante casi dos semanas! (¿Cómo sobreviví), pero gracias a Dios que lo instalaron ayer. Nuestro apartamento se ve bien, que sin duda podría verse mejor pero  estamos tomando un paso a la vez. ¡Oh Dios mío, te dije que no puedo encontrar mi cargador de mi cámara, me estoy volviendo loca buscandolo. Alguien por favor ayudenme! (Ya he terminado, me voy a un rincón de mi apartamento a llorar).

Dicho esto, todavía tenemos unas cuantas cajas que tenemos que arreglar, pero estamos demasiado perezosos para hacerlo. Mudarse, gente es estresantes y añadir hijos a toda la mezcla y ¡boom! sólo te golpea como una bala de cañón. La mejor parte de movimiento es que en realidad tenemos nuestro propio espacio y nuestros hijos no podrían estar más felices. Me encanta.

Esperemos que empieze a publicar con más frecuencia ahora que tengo el internet y por favor Señor ayudeme a encontrar mi cargador de la cámara para poder empezar con mis recetas.

En una buena nota, tengo un gran producto o sitio web para recomendar si usted quiere enseñar a su hijo acerca de la Biblia.

Yo soy una persona religiosa (pero no una fanatica) pero no obstante religiosa. Leo la Biblia todas las noches y rezo más de una vez al día. Me encanta cómo me siento después de tener una sesión con Dios y la lectura de la Biblia. Me siento a gusta.

Yo quiero enseñarles a mis hijos acerca de Dios y de lo importante que es en mi vida y en el suyo también. Es curioso, porque a veces yo oro en mi cama y mi hija de 5 años  sólo se  queda mirandome y a veces incluso se inclina hacia adelante para escuchar lo que estoy diciendo. Es lindo y te puedo decir que ella quiere saber por qué hago esto.

Yo hablo con ella acerca de Dios y cómo siempre debería estar agradecido con él por nuestras bendiciones. ¿Sabes lo que dice? “Gracias a Dios por Frozen” sí, ella significa la película Frozen. Bueno, es un comienzo!

A veces puede ser confuso o incluso aburrido para los niños aprender acerca de los personajes de la Biblia y su importancia, así que creo que los juguetes de la Biblia es un gran sitio web donde se puede encontrar una gran cantidad de juguetes bíblicos y empezar a enseñar a sus hijos acerca de ellos.

Lo bueno acerca de los juguetes es que dentro del paquete  tiene la historia del personaje bíblico, así que usted puede leerselo a su hijo.

También viene con una guía “Stepping Stones espiritual” donde da consejos en función de la edad de su hijo acerca de cómo introducirlos a los conceptos espirituales y cómo hacer que ellos entiendan. Estos “pasos” son fáciles de seguir y muy servicial.

Esta es la forma en la parte posterior del paquete, me encanta porque tiene la historia de los personajes que puedes leer primero y luego compartir con su hijo. Usted sabe, leerlo primero (si te se olvido la historia) para que puedas constestar las preguntas de tu reporter pequeño.

También me encanta el hecho de los pequeños libros lindo que viene con, son bilingües! sí, por lo que salir porque de esta manera me puede leer las historias en los dos idiomas, español e inglés.

Recibí la historia de Daniel y la guarida del león y también Jonás y el cuento de peces grandes y ambos cuestan $ 8, que es muy buen precio. Hay muchos personajes diferentes de la Biblia que usted puede elegir, y hay diferentes precios, así que sólo depende de lo que los juguetes o los caracteres que desea comprar.

Definitivamente, usted puede comprobar fuera de sus BibleToys sitio web y ver por ti mismo lo que estoy hablando. Usted puede elegir entre una gran cantidad de juguetes bíblicos, animales de peluche, osos de peluche y juguetes que hablan, que estoy seguro de que su hijo le encantará. Me refiero a sus juguetes que estamos hablando aquí, pero con un significado más profundo y más importante.
