I hope you had a great weekend and a great start to your weekday.

I realized I haven’t blogged for almost a week, Yikes! my bad, but I had a Cost Accounting test that I had to study for and then everything in between happened.

I forgot to tell you guys that my lap top screen broke into pieces. Yup! I am still using it though right now, Ha! So my daughter (twin) dropped the laptop on the floor, I literally wanted to cry, I was sleeping my son (twin) and I looked in the corner of my eyes, how my daughter was going to play with my laptop, which by the way was charging next to my bed  on top of a drawer.

She got on top of the bed and when I went to grab her, she just dropped the thing and my life as I knew it was over (just kidding). I have 2-year insurance on it, thank goodness. so I am going to go with my hubby to get it fix at the Geek squad in Best Buy.

But this happened like two weeks ago! so yeah, I gotta get moving with the fixing.

Okay on to the weekend, On Friday I stayed home and just chilled with my kiddies, nothing biggie. On Saturday It was also a relaxing day as well, but what was cool about it is that I invited my grandmother to my house to have a, well I don’t know how to call it but is like a little get together to talk about God . You know, is like we listen to the words of the lord. My grandmother is an Adventist, and she invited 4 more people from her church to speak as well.  They read a message from the bible and then went more in depth about the meaning of it.

I invited my parents, sisters, aunts, and my other grandmother as well, and we were all there having a spiritual day. My twins were not having it though, every time we would sing, they would start crying. But overall it was a much needed “time” with God and reflection. It wasn’t long either, i would say about an hour only. So not bad.

Oh and at night my sisters brought me Panera bread. I loved it. it was a thai salad and their bistro onion soup. I also told them to bring me the chai tea latte. The bomb.com people! Ahh I love an ending like this to my day.

On sunday my cousin came over to my parents house and I went over there too, to spend some time with my mommy. But knowing my cousin she wanted me and my sisters to go with her to get “beautified” as she calls it. So I asked my mom is she could stay with her beautiful grand kids (ha!) and ofcourse she said yes. I just love my mommy. I made sure to sleep the twins before I left, that way my mom could relax a little.

My little sister didn’t go with us because she had to study for her exams but we made sure to have fun for her. So our afternoon started by going to do our eye brows. Me and my older sister did our eye brows and our cousin did a Brazilian wax. First of all I love my eye brows, it was in a new place that my cousin took us to, we do our eye brows with a thread. It didn’t even hurt! We are definitely going back there again.

Okay back to my cousin and her Brazilian wax, it was funny,unforgetable and scary at the same time. My cousin was screaming her head off which made all of us laugh because it was so loud. But I was like, I don’t know if I could do this you know. But I am planning to do it next week, I’ll probably blog about it if you want me to.

Then we headed to do our nails and the color that I choose was pure perfection. We had a blast.

After doing our nails we went to eat at a restaurant called “Jardin de China” which translates to the garden of china. It has Chinese food of course (obviously) but it the restaurant also offers Latin food too. I ordered shrimp and broccoli with white rice.

This is my loving crazy and fun cousin who is a momma as well Christina..

Overall my weekend was chill and fun, I love when I can have some “me” time and thanks to my mommy and sissy I enjoyed my Sunday very much. My hubby works weekends which sucks but hopefully it will soon change.

Feliz Lunes!

Espero que hayan tenido un buen fin de semana y un gran comienzo a su día de la semana.

Me di cuenta de que no he escrito en mi blog durante casi una semana, ¡Ay! mala mia, pero tenia un examen de Contabilidad de Costos que tenía que estudiar y luego todo lo demás que sucedió.

Me olvidé de contarles a ustedes que la pantalla de mi portátil se rompió en pedazos. Sí! Sigo usando la sin embargo en este momento, ¡Ja! Así que mi hija (melliza)  dejo caer el portátil en el piso, yo literalmente quería llorar, yo estaba durmiendo a mi hijo (mellizo) y me mire en la esquina de mis ojos cómo mi hija iba a jugar con mi  portátil (lap top), que por el camino estaba cargandose al lado de mi cama en la parte superior de la gavetera.

Se puso encima de la cama y cuando fui a cogerla, ella acaba de caer la cosa y mi vida como yo sabía se había terminado (es broma). Tengo seguro de 2 años, gracias a Dios. Así que voy a ir con mi marido para conseguir que me lo arreglen en la tienda Best Buy.

Pero esto sucedió hace como dos semanas! así que sí, tengo que empezar a moverse con la fijación.

 Bueno hablemos de el fin de semana, el viernes me quedé en casa y sólo nos relajamos con mis chiquillos, nada todo bien. El sábado también fue un día de relax, así, pero lo que era bueno de esto es que invité a mi abuela a mi casa para tener un culto. Ya sabes, es como escuchamos las palabras del Señor. Mi abuela es adventista, e invitó a 4 personas más de su iglesia para hablar así.

Invité a mis padres, hermanas, tías y mi otra abuela también, y estábamos todos allí teniendo un día espiritual. Mis mellizos no estaban tan feliz sin embargo, cada vez que cantábamos, comenzaban a llorar. Pero en general fue un “tiempo” muy necesaria con Dios y reflexión.

Ah, y por la noche mis hermanas me traían Panera Bread.  Es como una panaderia con comida rica. Me encantó. Les dije que me traigan  una ensalada tailandesa y  sopa de cebolla bistro. También les dije que me trajera el té chai latte. Mi gente estaba todo  bomba! Ahh me encantó un final como éste para mi día.

El domingo mi prima vino a casa de mis padres y yo fui allí tambien a pasar algún tiempo con mi mamá. Pero conociendo a mi prima quería que yo y mis hermanas fueramos con ella para ir a “embellecerse”, como ella lo llama. Así que le pregunté a mi mama si es que podía quedarse con sus hermosos nietos (ja!) Y por supuesto ella dijo que sí. Amo mi mamá. Me aseguré de dormir a los mellizos antes de irme, de esa manera mi mamá podía relajarse un poco.

Mi hermana pequeña no pudo ir con nosotras porque tenía que estudiar para sus exámenes, pero nos aseguramos de tener diversión para ella. Así que nuestro dia después del mediodía comenzó por ir a hacer nuestras cejas. Yo y mi hermana mayor nos hicimos nuestras cejas y nuestra prima se hizo la depilación brasileña. En primer lugar me encantó mis cejas, que estaba en un lugar nuevo que mi prima nos llevó , hacemos nuestras cejas con un hilo. Ni siquiera me dolió! Vamos a ir de Nuevo.

Está bien volvemos a mi prima y su cera brasileña, era divertido, inolvidable y aterrador al mismo tiempo. Mi prima estaba gritando a voz alta que hizo reír a todos nosotras porque era muy ruidoso. Pero yo estaba como, no sé si yo podría hacer esto usted sabe. Pero tengo la intención de hacerlo la próxima semana, probablemente voy a hablar sobre eso aqui si quieres.

Luego nos dirigimos a hacer las uñas y el color que elegí era pura perfección. Nos lo pasamos genial.

Después de hacer las uñas fuimos comemos  en un restaurante llamado “Jardín de China,“,Tiene comida china por supuesto (obviamente), pero también tiene comida latina también. Pedí camarones y brócoli con arroz blanco.

Esta es mi amada prima loca y divertida y siempre dispuesta a todo por nosotras, La quiero mucho! y es una mamá tambien Christina ..

En general, mi fin de semana fue tranquilo y divertido, me encanta cuando puedo tener algún “yo” del tiempo y gracias a mi mamá y Hermana menor Disfruté de mi Domingo mucho. Mi esposo trabaja los fines de semana que no es tan bueno pero esperemos que pronto cambie.

Solo yo siendo entrometida …
