Happy Sunday!
I hope your weekend is going great so far. Mine is going great and let me tell you that New York weather has been super hot, like humid hot. I really do not like humid hot weathers but let me not complain because complaining is not good.
I want to share with you this delicious and simple popsicle recipe for those humid hot summer days. I love making ice cream popsicles for my kids because it’s healthy and a fun treat for them to eat.
Feliz Domingo!
What I love about making my own ice-cream popsicles at home is that I control the amount of sugar I put in and also the ingredients. I already made an orange and pineapple ice-cream popsicle for my kids and they loved it.
This strawberry and banana ice-cream popsicle recipe is another hit with my kids and it will be for yours too. I added fresh strawberries at the bottom of the popscicle mold, this way they can have texture and real fruit to eat! So how about we cool down with this fun and delicious summer treat.

- 1 tablespoon of sugar / 1 cucharada de azucar

- Place fresh strawberries at the bottom of the popscicles mold and add then add the mixture and place it in the freezer for 4 hours / ponga fresas primero en los moldes y despues agregue la mescal y en el refrigiredador o frizer por 4 horas!
Have a great day and I will see you next time.
