Happy Tuesday!
How was your long weekend? Mine was pretty good, on Saturday me and my hubby took the kids to the aquarium and we had so much fun. On Sunday my parents had a BBQ at their house and so I went ofcourse, a lot of our extended family also attended, it was fun.
So guess what I made on Saturday? This delicious vanilla flan! I am a flan lover and I could seriously eat it everyday, it’s just so good and creamy. I never attempted to make flan before, because I thought it was a little complicated to make. I was so wrong! it is really simple and before you know it, you have made a delicious dessert without the effort.
This vanilla flan is really going to impress your friends and family and they will ask you to make it every time there is a special event. Well, that’s what my mother told me, so for this Christmas, my assigned dish is this yummy vanilla flan. It was definitely a hit with my family!
