Happy Thursday!

I   honestly didn’t know what day it was today. I thought today was Wednesday and yesterday  Tuesday and I just have to say  ” Hi my name is Ros Emely and I have completely lost my mind”. Anywho, I am so excited to be sharing this delicious and creamy banana with granola and honey smoothie. It’s such a great way to start your day.

When I do not have the time to eat a nice hearty and fulfilling breakfast like this breakfast sandwich or  overstuffed waffles , I just start my day with a nice cold latte. I know it’s not good to only have coffee in your system because believe me you will end up crashing down very soon after. You cannot only have coffee on an empty stomach, you know? So, instead of drinking coffee as my only breakfast “meal”, I love to make smoothies because it’s easy and yet so delicious and fulfilling! Then ofcourse I can drink my coffee, let’s be real.

I love this banana honey and granola smoothie because it’s healthy and it takes you no time to prepare. You can make this while getting your kids ready for school and then you can share it with them aswell. Win.win. I added granola to add some texture to the smoothie and I also added honey to act as the “sugar”. I love honey. I am a big fan of bananas because it makes anything taste good, haha! just take this delicious spinach and banana smoothie and avocado green smoothie for example.

Well I hope you enjoy this quick and easy banana honey and granola smoothie just as much as I did.

Sinceramente, no sabía qué día era hoy. Pensé que era miercoles y ayer martes y sólo tengo que decir “Hola mi nombre es Ros Emely y he perdido por completo mi mente”.  Bueno, estoy tan emocionada de estar compartiendo esta deliciosa y cremosa batida de banana con granola y  miel. Es una gran manera de empezar el día.
Cuando yo no tengo tiempo en el día para comer un buen desayuno abundante y satisfactorio como este sándwich de desayuno o waffles rellenos,  empiezo mi día con un buen café con leche frío. Sé que no es bueno solo tomar café con el estomago vacio porque créanme que va a terminar estrellándose abajo muy pronto después. No se puede tener solamente café con el estómago vacío, ¿sabes? Así, en lugar de tomar café como mi único desayuno, me encanta hacer batidos porque es fácil y a la vez tan deliciosa y satisfactorio! Entonces por supuesto puedo beber mi café, vamos a ser realistas.
Me encanta esta batida de miel banana y  granola porque es saludable y  te lleva muy poco tiempo para preparar. Usted puede hacer esto cuando estas preparando a tus niños para la escuela y entonces usted puede compartir con ellos también. Ganador. Añadí granola para añadir algo de textura a la batida y también he añadido la miel para actuar como el “azúcar”. Me encanta la miel. Yo soy una fanatica de las bananas porque hace que todo sepa bueno, jaja! acaba de tomar esta delicioso batido de espinacas y banana y batido verde de aguacates , por ejemplo.
Bueno espero que disfruten de esta batida rápida y fácil, tanto como lo hice yo.

easy banana honey and granola smoothie / facil batida de banana miel y granola
Ingredients
  • 2 bananas / 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons of honey / 2 cucharadas de miel
  • 3 tablespoons of granola (prefer honey, vanilla flavored or plain) / 3 cucharadas de granola (preferable con sabor a miel, vainilla o sin sabor)
  • 1 can of evaporated milk(12oz can) / 1 late de 12oz de leche evaporada
  • ice / hielo
Instructions
  1. In a blender, blend all of the ingridients together and serve. / en una licuadora agregue todos los ingredients y licue. estas listo para tomar.
