my stay at home makeup look

I love makeup and I think you already know that because I’ve mentioned it like one thousand times here, oops! But I honestly enjoy putting on makeup and watching makeup tutorials on You Tube, I learn so much. Can you believe that just recently I learned to fill in my eyebrows? Yup! I’m so happy that I finally know the “trick” to it and how to fill it in correctly. It took me a couple of trial and errors but that’s what it’s all about, right? The way to learn is to fail and then try again, until you get it right.

MY LATEST VIDEOS

I went a little crazy buying a few makeup products for my birthday which was August 22nd. I bought a few things on the Ulta website and got a free makeup bag with 12 makeup product in it because I spent more than $50. Great deal if you ask me. Anyways, today I’m sharing my very simple and quick stay at home makeup look, I love wearing makeup even if I stay home all day. I do not go full glam or anything crazy like that but I do like to wear something, it makes me feel good and awake!

So for my stay at home makeup look I only use 5 products, no primer, foundation, eyeshadow or setting spray. I told you I didn’t go crazy with-it. Simple does the trick and I love it! Like I always say, even if you stay at home, you can always look decent and nice. Wearing makeup for me, makes me happy, it gives me confidence and I feel great! When I look in the mirror, I feel pretty and with more energy.

I think if you do your hair and wear light and simple makeup, you will feel much better as oppose to not doing your hair, not trying your best to not be frumpy. You know? I have to say that I do not wear makeup every single day if I’m home, but sometimes I do 🙂

¡Sip!

Buenisimo si usted me pregunta.

These are the products that I use..

my stay at home makeup look

So here are the products that I’ve been using and loving so far. Some are new and some are not.

My stay at home makeup look:

  1. I first moisturize my face with any lotion. I’m currently using Aveeno.
  2. Then I apply the It cosmetics “bye bye under eye” concealer, It costs more than $2o,  I wanted to try it out because I heard so many good things about it. I really like it but I think any drugstore concealer can do the same thing, you know?
  3. After concealer I have been applying setting powder because it helps not to get cakey and it feels smooth afterwards. I’m currently using the Ulta’s setting powder which I received with my free 12-piece makeup products.
  4. I then fill in my eyebrows, like I said I have been practicing for a few months now and I think I finally got it right. I love this Maybelline eyebrow duo pencil but I have also used the Anastasia brow whiz pencil and NYX eye brow pencil. All work great!
  5. Mascara is next! loving the Maybelline “The falsies Pushup drama” mascara, I wrote about it here.
  6. Then, some blush is always great to add some color to your face. I have been using this Tarte “Tarteist” blush palette for a couple of months now and I’m not planning on stopping, haha! It has 4 different blush shades that work great with any skin color 🙂
  7. Last my friend, is lipstick! I go for a more nude and simple lip color because after all, I am staying home all day.  I love this Milani nude color but since it’s a little too light for my skin tone, I also use the NYX butter gloss to make it more even and look better.

That’s it! This is my stay at home makeup look, I hope you liked it.

Actualmente estoy usando Aveeno.
5. Ahora aplicar el rimmel! soy amante de la Maybelline “The falsies push up drama” máscara de pestañas, que escribió sobre él aquí.

Aw so pretty! I typically don’t wear makeup when I’m at home. The only times I put makeup is if I’m meeting up with people I know lol. Or I’ll wear it if there’s a special school function. Sadly it’s just because of time and effort haha.
