I’m going to show you how easy it is to make an avocado egg salad and peanut butter and banana topping for my all time favorite crackers. Because RITZ Crackers makes for the perfect snack. I went to Walmart the other day with my hubby and I had to grab another box of RITZ ( It runs out fast in my house) and I also grabbed Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter because it’s so scrumptious and smooth. I love shopping at Walmart and you know what? The weekend of April 15th Walmart is having an in-store demo nationwide in partnership with Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter. I wanted to create a savory option using avocados (my fave!) and eggs and also make a sweet recipe by using bananas, honey and Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter. I truly believe RITZ Crackers and Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter are great for putting together a quick recipe using RITZpiration!

2 quick + easy appetizers with RITZ Crackers

Avocado and egg salad RITZ Crackers recipe:

Ingredients:

1. RITZ Crackers
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
4. 1/2 tablespoon of mayonnaise 
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. 1/2 of an avocado, finely chopped

Instructions:

1. Boil your eggs for about 15 minutes, peel and cut in half.
2. Place the eggs in a bowl and mash it with a fork, you want like a rustic texture.
3. Add the mayonnaise,avocado, mustard, salt and pepper.
4. Mix well and scoop a small amount on top of your RITZ Crackers.
5. Add chopped tomatoes for added color and Enjoy!

Peanut butter, banana and honey RITZ Crackers recipe:

Ingredients:

1. RITZ Crackers
2. Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter
3. 1 banana
4. honey

Instructions:

1. Peel your banana and cut into 1 inch pieces.
2. Spread the Peanut butter on each RITZ Cracker and enjoy the simple pleasure and magic of Peter Pan Peanut Butter.
3. Top with a few banana slices and drizzle of honey.
4. Enjoy!

Me encanta ir de compras a Walmart y ¿sabes qué? Yo quería crear una opción sabrosa usando aguacates (mi favorito!) y huevos y también hacer una receta dulce con bananas, miel y mantequilla de cacahuete cremoso Peter Pan ®. ¡Realmente creo que RITZ Crackers y Peter Pan® Creamy Peanut Butter son ideales para preparar una receta rápida usando RITZpiration!

2 aperitivos rápidos y sencillos con RITZ Crackers

Ensalada de aguacate y huevo RITZ receta:

Ingredientes:

1.Galletas de RITZ.
2. 2 huevos.
3. 1/2 cucharada de mostaza.
4. 1/2 cucharada de mayonesa.
5. Sal y pimienta para probar.

6. La mitad de un aguacate, cortado en pedacito.

 

Instrucciones:

1.Hervir los huevos durante unos 15 minutos, pelar y cortar por la mitad.
2. Coloque los huevos en un tazón y majarlos con un tenedor, desea como una textura rústica.
3. Añadir la mayonesa,aguacate, mostaza y sal y pimienta.
4. Mezclar bien y coloque una pequeña cantidad en la parte superior de sus galletas RITZ.
5.Añadir tomates picados en la parte superior para agregar color y disfrutar!

Mantequilla de maní, plátano y miel Receta de galletas RITZ

Ingredientes:

1.Galletas de RITZ
2. Mantequilla de maní cremosa Peter Pan®
3. 1 plátano
4. Miel

Instrucciones:

1.Pelar su plátano (banana) y cortar en trozos de 1 pulgada.
2. Extienda la mantequilla de cacahuete en cada RITZ Cracker y disfrute del placer simple y la magia de la Mantequilla de cacahuete de Peter Pan.
3.Cubra con rodajas de plátano y un poco de miel.
¡Disfrutar!
