1.Prenatal vitamins
If you are not taking prenatal vitamins yet, now is the time mama. Taking prenatal vitamins is not only crucial for you to take but it’s also crucial for your baby. Make sure it contains folic acid because it prevents neural tube defects. Which are serious abnormalities in the brain and spinal cord. We want to prevent this! Also make sure it has iron because you do not want to become anemic during your pregnancy (I was!). I took prenatal vitamins plus iron pills, it was not fun because every time I took them I wanted to gag.Anyways, make sure you’re taking your prenatal vitamins as soon as possible!

2. Ginger ale soda
Ginger ale soda saved my life with both of my pregnancies. During both of my pregnancies in the first trimester, I had to have ginger ale soda on my night stand to help relief my nausea. 3.Water bottle (BPA free)
Water bottle (BPA free) to the rescue! I don’t know if you have noticed yet, but being pregnant makes you feel thirsty girl (not boy thirsty but water thirsty, haha! I had to). According to TheBump.com “ Your body needs water to form amniotic fluid, produce extra blood volume, build new tissue, carry nutrients, help indigestion and flush out your wastes and toxins.
