    Yes! I love this! Knowing what stresses me out and realizing when I start feeling like I’m about to lose it is key for me. That way I can step away, take a minute, and come back refreshed without losing it!

    Thank you for the article! I’m not a mom yet but I love reading about motherhood. I respect you, moms.
    But these tips are helpful also for those who are not parents. I burn out really fast as I work 2 jobs and study. Recently I read more about productivity and found some great ideas that really work for me. And now my life is getting a bit better but still, sometimes I just have a feeling I could cry for days because there are a lot of responsibilities and I don’t know how to manage everything
