When you are pregnant is always best to eat small meals during the day than big meals that will leave you feeling full. Being too full during pregnancy leaves you feeling tired, sleepy, and even feeling nauseated. Drinking yogurt or milk will definitely do the job of alleviating the morning sickness. I would always wake up right after my hubby would be up to go to work (around 4:30am) and he would always bring me yogurt or milk.
