Here’s one tip from the book:
Do not do too much during the day!
“Please do not feel like you have to do everything at once or in a day. That can be cleaning your house, cooking, or doing laundry. You do not need to do this if you are feeling exhausted and not in the mood. There will be days where your house looks like a total mess and that’s okay. Another first time mom struggles is finding a balance between your job and raising your baby. You want to give your all to your career, but you don’t want to feel guilty about it. After all, you just had a baby and your baby needs you as well. It’s hard not to feel like a bad mom when leaving your child in daycare while you go to work.
But I assure you that you will get through it and find a healthy balance between your career and baby.
Here’s a tip from the book:
Let go of the guilt!
“First and foremost, you have to let go of the mom guilt. It is just a waste of feeling because you are doing what is best for you. If you love your career, that’s great and there’s no need to feel guilty about it. If you don’t love your career but you have to work, then that’s great too; no need to feel guilty about that either.
Mom guilt has to go in order for you to enjoy and have a balance between your job and raising your baby. Some things you just can’t control. Feeling guilty about it is not going to help. “
6.Time management tips
Can you relate to the fact that the minute you become a mom, time management is out of the window? Or if you’re pregnant you’ll soon find this to be true. But of course I want to help you overcome this!

Many first time mom struggles of getting your baby to sleep through the night and find the right routine. I was lucky enough to have my babies sleep through the night at their 2 month mark. Glorious!!
In my book I’ll share with you exactly the steps to take to help your baby sleep through the night, so you can too!
Here’s a tip from the book:
Bathe before bedtime (my secret!)
“This is a major “trick” that I learned to do with my firstborn and then continued to follow with my twins. It never fails! Try to always give your baby a bath before putting her to sleep at night. You can even get away with cloth bathing. The point is that your baby will be fresh and clean. The water helps your baby relax and makes her sleepy. “
Of course when you purchase The First Time Mom Guide, you’ll learn 8 more ways to help your baby sleep through the night that you really do not want to skip on!
8.Getting things done with baby
Finding it difficult to getting things done with your baby or even being productive because all you do is care for your baby. There’s no time during the day for you because all you do is change diapers, feed and sleep baby on repeat.
Girl, you’re not alone, in fact every single mom goes through this stage of not finding the time to do anything. This is how I got things done when all three of my kids were babies.
Tip from the book:
Don’t get them used to your arms!
“An important tip I learned from my family members is that if your baby is content and not crying, there’s no need to be carrying him/her all of the time. You can get things done if your newborn baby is not used to being in your arms. You can cook, clean the house a little bit, and even sit down to relax. Yes, I used to cuddle with all three of my babies, but I didn’t get them used to my arms.
This tip is super important because babies know more than you think. Once they get used to being carried all the time, they will cry just to be held, and you will end up exhausted and not getting anything done around the house. It’s okay to spoil them with love and affection, but it’s also okay to put them down in their crib, baby bouncer, or swing if they are fed and content. “
