Hey guys! Today I’m sharing with you how to make these delicious and full of flavor corn fritters recipe. They are seriously the perfect appetizer to make for any party. It can be a fun get together with friends, your kids birthday party or brunch!
It was my first time making these last week and let me tell you, I am obsessed! I served them with rice, ha! I made them for lunch actually. I wanted to make something easy and didn’t want to cook chicken or steak. So these corn fritters it was.
I added bell peppers, garlic and onions to add more flavor. I also added fresh cilantro! You know what? These corn fritters are great the next day. I heated them up in the oven and tasted as if you just made them the same day!
You can also freeze the corn fritters as well and enjoy them later on. Okay, I’m done talking or writing, lol. Let’s get to the corn fritters recipe, yay!
How to make flavorful corn fritters
Easy flavorful corn fritters
Ingredients
- 2 cans sweet kettle corn drained
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 garlic glove
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp white onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp red bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 tbsp orange bell pepper finely chopped
- 3 tsp salt or to taste
- 1 tsp black ground pepper
- 1 whole eggs
Instructions

In a blender add the garlic, eggs, all purpose flour, 1 can of corn (drained) and cilantro. Blend until smooth.

In a mixing bowl, add the blended mixture. Also, add the onions, bell peppers, salt and black pepper. Mix very well. Consistency should be thick.

In a pan, add avocado oil, enough to fry the fritters but not to deep fry them.

Add a tablespoon of the corn mixture at a time, I added 4 at a time.

Fry them for about 1 to 2 minutes on each side. Making sure they are golden brown before flipping to the other side.

Once cooked, place them on paper towel so it can absorb most of the oil.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
