Now how you you feel?
I’m willing to be that you feel like shit. You feel bad about yourself, you feel you have a bad life and that you will never be like such and such.
Do you know what is the number one reason you are an unhappy stressed out mama and not having an amazing mom life?
You keep comparing yourself to other moms. Let me say it a different way. You are obsessing way too much on someone else’s life and not paying attention to your own life.
Did I trigger some people. Maybe. Do I care? Not really because I’m here to tell you the truth in order to help you have a different reality than what you are living right now.
I want you to be happy, confident and LOVE your motherhood journey. Because you deserve it mama.
So here’s what to do in order to thrive as a mother and live an amazing life
1.Focus on your journey
Yess girl! Your motherhood journey it’s different from mine and from your neighbor next door. Even though we experience some of the same feelings (mom guilt, sleep deprivation, struggles). The journey is not the same. So focus on how YOU can make your motherhood journey enjoyable, happier and less stressful. It’s your life, so make it count and do what feels right for YOU, not what feels right for your neighbor Becky.
2.Stop comparing yourself to others
Please stop comparing your every move to another mom. You have to stop obsessing over what others are doing. Because that’s only going to make you feel bad, sad, angry, feel like you’re doing something wrong. When you are not. Be grateful for your family and focus on creating a good life for you and your family. That’s it!

3.Work on the things you need to work on
There are things that you may want to work on, like yelling less at your children, practice more selfcare, cooking better healthy meals for your family. Whatever it is that you need to do in order for you to feel good, calm and better. Then do it! Only you can change your reality to a different reality that you are excited about waking up each day! Work on yourself mama 🙂

4.Love yourself
Love love love yourself. I can’t stress this enough! In order to enjoy and have an amazing mom life, you need to love yourself. Feel confident and know that you are a great mom! No one will make you feel less than, you are making the best decisions for your family and you are proud of the mom you are. You are transmitting positive vibes and good energy all around because you love yourself!!
