2.Journal
I love journaling and encourage my clients to aslo journal. It’s a great way to write your feelings, your actions and emotions down. Go back to it and notice patterns or triggers. So, write down why you feel unpretty, not sexy and unattractive. Also, write down why you don’t love your body right now. Stay with that!
Now, write down how do you want to feel? What challenges are getting in the way from achieving that? Who do you have to be in order to feel sexy, attractive and love your body? This is going to help you feel sexy after having children. Feel good and confident!
3.Change your mindset
Now for the good stuff mama! Mindset is such a powerful thing!! You can change your life when you change your mindset about anything! Feeling unpretty, not sexy is a part of a habit that you need to break. What do I mean by that?
