The happy and calm mom practices gratitude every single day. She knows the importance of having a gratitude heart even on her most hard days. Practicing gratitude helps you attract more things to be grateful for. When you practice gratitude you are focusing on the positive and on what you do have. It keeps your heart full and you will become happier.
