5. Stay healthy
It’s so important for pregnant women to stay active and healthy during their pregnancies. Stay active by walking or doing a light prenatal exercise. Eating more vegetables and fruits. Food rich in fiber and iron. Healthy mama, healthy baby. If you suffer from diabetes, thyroid disease , high blood pressure or any other illness, is best to speak with your doctor about the type of diet you should have and your medicine prescription because the dosage might change.
