What can you do to prepare yourself to take on the next day with a happier more positive mindset? You can journal or write on your gratitude journal. You can take a long warm shower. Read your book cozied up in bed. Do something for you to help you set the tone for the next day.
The key to a calm routine at home is to let go of the things that are causing you stress. What are your stress triggers? What does a calm routine looks like for you?
When you’re trying to get everything done, you will get NOTHING done. It’s that simple mama.
So, each day assign a big chore to do. For example, Mondays are laundry days, Tuesday is bathroom cleaning days, Wednesdays are for sweeping and mopping the house ect.
