The minute that you start changing the thoughts that you have about yourself and your beliefs about your circumstances. That’s when the real magic happens. You can say “I want more “me” time and then your actual thought is “I don’t have the time or I feel guilty if I do”
That limiting thought does not produce long lasting CHANGES!
Another example is ” I’m a single mom, is so hard to find the time for selfcare or do things that I love”. That is a limiting belief as well. Even though yes it’s harder, if you really want to you will find a way right?
