When your child is taking a nap or during bedtime, when your partner gets home from work, find ways to cater to yourself.
Read a book, do your mani and pedi, take a relaxing bubble bath or shower. Do something that you love that doesn’t involve having your kids there. You need peace and quiet time even if it’s for 20 minutes. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
