This year I have decided that I want to live more peaceful and feel more happy. I believe peace and joy go hand in hand. You can’t have joy if you don’t feel peace right?
It’s crazy how much more I value peace now than ever before. There’s something about self growth and becoming the best version of me that really makes it that much more important. You can have inner peace as a mom, you can become a peaceful and happy mom for yourself, kids and family.
When you decide that you want a better life, that you want to feel better and happier. You take action towards achieving that. It’s about you telling yourself that you matter and that you value a better life. Moms deserve to enjoy being a mom, moms deserve to enjoy being around their kids more and also enjoy their lives more.

4 ways to have more peace in your life as a mom
1. Be mindful of your thoughts
Are you constantly thinking in a negative way? being hard on yourself? and creating more stress? Being mindful with what you’re thinking is super important. Because your thoughts really creates your reality. Meaning, whatever you’re thinking with determine how you feel and what you do throughout your day.
Choose peaceful thoughts, loving thoughts about yourself and life. Instead of saying “I have to cook dinner tonight” say “I get to cook dinner for my family and I feel grateful”. 2.Be intentional and take action
Stop waiting for your circumstances, kids or partner to change for your to feel peace and joy. YOU have to create that change within yourself to feel more peace. Because you eliminate the victim mentality and you start seeing yourself as responsible for your life.

3. What brings you peace
Think about the different things that brings you peace of mind. Make a list, and then do more of it!
For me is reading the bible, praying and journaling brings me peace and joy. Walking my dog every morning brings me peace. Spending time with my family and watching a movie together brings me peace and joy, my iced coffee brings me peace and joy!

4. Become a peaceful mom by embodying who she is
Start saying “I’m a peaceful mom” or “I always find peace in my life” “My home brings me peace, calm and joy”.
How would a peaceful mom react to things? How does she take care of herself? ect…
You create peace in your life…no one else. You create the change in your life..
This is it mama, your life can become more peaceful and calm the moment you decide it to be.
You just have to declare it, take action and be discipline with it.
Do not let anyone take your peace away..
